Equipment test

We have now started to test our equipment. First out was the mash tun. For this test we mostly used pilsner malt mixed in with about one third of home malted diabolo. All worked well - after about 1.5 hours we had about 70 litres of wort. This run will not go into any of our products sold as Manx whisky since both of these grains are grown elsewhere.
